We highly recommend our customers to read this following terms before making purchase on our website:
- All of our listings are advertised with their original images, OEM part numbers and brief description to help customers find what they need. It is highly recommended that before making purchase you should match your old part with the pictures and part numbers given on our website. Do not buy the product until and unless you are 100% sure that you’re buying the correct part or replacement for your car.
- As a buyer you are 100% responsible for the proper fitment of our parts to your particular vehicle. If you are not sure or have any related query regarding the specific part that you need for your vehicle, please provide us a Chassis Number/VIN (vehicle identification number) of your car before checkout so we can cross-check suitability before we send it out.
- We highly recommend professional installation for all products, installation instructions are not included with any product. Professional’s proof is required, if item is not fit to your vehicle.
- No returns will be accepted or refunds will be made for Items purchased without making sure or without providing us Chassis Number/VIN details of your car.
Buyers must follow these instructions before making purchase for import custom duties and taxes:
- Import Custom duty and taxes are not included in the item or shipping price. These charges are buyer’s responsibility and payable at destination. Prior to buying please check with your countries custom office to determine what these additional costs will be.
- Custom duties and taxes are normally charged by the shipping company and payable at the time of delivery. These charges are not consider as additional shipping charges.
- Due to import custom duty & taxes, if buyer refuses to accept the shipment no returns will be accepted & no refunds will be issued.
WE HAVE A 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY AND ACCEPT THE RETURNS ONLY IN SUCH FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.
- If you have received the item different than the ordered part number or not matching with the pictures given on the listing.
- If you receive the items have quality problems or damaged, please provide us the photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours after receiving item.
- If buyer purchased “item by mistake” and the item is still in a good condition(unopened with original packaging) for reselling, in this case the buyer is responsible for all related shipping costs.
- A non-refundable restocking fee of 20% will be charged for each returned order/item.
- All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain an authorization before returning. Any returned package without authorization will be refused.
- No returns or guarantees, unless item is non-functional in relation to the description.
- No returns or exchanges offered on opened packages or installed parts.

Refunds for returns or cores normally process and credit within 10 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once the item has been returned, a refund will be made to the buyer minus original shipping fee and the restocking fee, buyers are also responsible for return shipping charges. The refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a “credit approved” e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please e-mail our returns department at [email protected] and we will respond to you immediately.
Final Reminders for Returns
You may return products within 30 business days of shipment for a refund or replacement.
All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately upon confirmation of the order. Therefore, there is a very short time for order cancellations. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so BEFORE you receive the “Invoice – Payment” e-mail. No orders can be canceled after the payment has been confirmed, as the order will be immediately processed for shipment.
